What Personal Data We Collect
We collect different data depending on how you interact with the Site:
When you contact us. If you email us, call us, or use a scoping/consultation call link on this Site, we collect whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about the role or business need you’re describing.
When you sign up for our newsletter. If you subscribe using the form in the site footer, we collect your email address, which is passed to Mailchimp, our email marketing platform, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
When you comment on a blog post. If comments are enabled on this Site, we collect the name, email address, and website URL you supply, plus your comment text and the IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. Your profile picture may be visible next to your comment if you use the Gravatar service tied to your email address.
Automatically, from your browser. Like most websites, our server and hosting platform automatically log some technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. As of this policy’s last update, no analytics or advertising tracking tool (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) is installed on this Site; if that changes in future, we will update this policy to reflect it.
Cookies
WordPress sets a small number of cookies automatically:
- If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies, so you don’t have to fill them in again for a future comment. These last for one year.
- If you have a WordPress account and log in, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies, and a login cookie once you’ve logged in.
- If you sign up for our newsletter, Mailchimp may set cookies related to that subscription.
This Site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data described above to:
- Respond to enquiries and scoping calls, and to deliver the virtual assistant services you ask us about
- Send you our newsletter, if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Moderate blog comments and detect spam
- Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share data with a small number of service providers who help us run the Site and our business, and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service to us:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the Site and any data submitted through it.
- Mailchimp, if you subscribe to our newsletter, to send you emails.
- Blog comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service, which may process the data submitted with your comment.
We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How Long We Retain Data
We keep contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period after, typically no more than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is needed to meet a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Blog comment data is kept indefinitely as part of the public comment record, unless you ask us to remove it.
Your Rights
As a UAE-based business, our processing of your personal data is intended to comply with the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”). Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including serving this Site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and restricting administrative access to the Site and its data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
